Our 6 Step Process
01.
Ticket Submission
In order to get your service request started, all you need to do is submit a ticket through the portal, via-email, or via phone.
02.
Site Survey / Quote (If Needed)
Some projects require more prep work than others, if this is the case we will dispatch our technician to perform a site survey before any work is completed. A quote will then be submitted to you for review.
03.
Dispatch
One of our technicians will then be dispatched to perform any installations, troubleshooting, or maintenance as required by your ticket.
04.
Resolution
While our technician is on site and even after they leave we will keep you informed on the work that has been and is being completed. We aren’t satisfied until you are so if any additional work or a redispatch is required we will do what is necessary for your satisfaction.
05.
Invoice
Once the project has been completed and you are completely satisfied with the result you will receive an invoice via email which can be easily paid via our payment system.
06.
Ticket Closure
After the payment is received and there are no outstanding issues that need to be addressed all closeout notes and photos taken during the project will be uploaded. Your ticket will then be marked complete and closed via our portal.
